With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and 3 beds and 1 bathroom in the Guest House, this exclusive house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for larger groups.

The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, perfect for those who love to cook and entertain. The dining area provides ample space for gatherings, and the exclusive Argentine outdoor grill is perfect for BBQs.

One of the highlights of this house is the stunning pool with an amazing view to the canal. Lounge on the pool deck, or take a trip in the boat and explore the island!

Additionally, this house offers cooking, cleaning and laundry services (extra charge), and arrangements can be made for a boat tour, grocery shopping and private chef. The listing also features two golf carts and a boat (captain, fuel and maintenance will be charged).

This house also features a charming fire pit where you can enjoy canal views while sipping your favorite drink. It’s the perfect spot to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Guests can also access the exclusive Old Fort Bay Club, which includes a pool and a gym, as well as a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner. Plus note that the club charges for access. This fee can be paid when you arrive in Nassau.
