With a fully equipped kitchen, including everything you need to entertain, you can host a dinner party or a picnic lunch with ease. The peaceful and majestic atmosphere will make you feel like you're in a home away from home.

With four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, the Surf House can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The villa has six beds, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable place to rest after a day of adventure. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.

Surf House is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You’ll find a coffee machine, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, grill, kitchen stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and toaster in the kitchen. For entertainment, there’s a TV with Antenna, and wireless broadband internet access to stay connected.

The house also features a private pool, which provides the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning ocean views, and a private beachfront access, where you can take a refreshing dip in the sea or simply relax and soak up the sun.

For an additional fee, guests can enjoy the convenience of renting a Whaly dinghy during their stay. Easy to operate and perfect for leisurely cruising, the dinghy is a great way to explore the beautiful waters and surroundings of Exuma. The dinghy must be rented for the entire duration of the stay. The rental includes two 5-gallon tanks of gasoline, with additional tanks available upon request.

Exuma is a magical place, and Surf House is the perfect starting point to explore the surrounding wonders. Rent a boat to visit the nearby islands and cays, and grab a paddleboard or kayak to investigate the flourishing sea life amongst the mangroves and on the sandbars. The turquoise waters slow everything down, making you enjoy your surroundings a little bit more. You’ll see starfish, grunts, sergeant majors, and sometimes friendly dolphins pass through, providing an unforgettable experience.
