Dock of the Bay

This house really felt like its own oasis while still being close to town! We travelled with another couple and two young kids and this house was the perfect size and the outdoor space was unbeatable! We could not stop saying how stunning the views were whether sitting on the front porch in the morning with coffee, the screen in porch at sunset, or enjoying lounging by the pool. On top of that the caretaker for the house, Chase could not have been nicer! He helped us with our bags, picked up groceries, and was always accessible by text. On top of that he is an amazing cook that we hired to cook fresh seafood for us two nights. We will definitely be back and will be booking this house again!

Extraordinary experience. We've rented on Elbow Cay over 15x in last 20 years, this was exceptional. Paradise, Calyspso, Firefly, etc. When meeting other visitors at the restaurants, everyone congratulated us for having one of their favorite rentals. Just so well kept and everything above par, beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and the pool, yard, landscaping, boat dock all came together for our group of 4. In past, we've usually had two families totaling 14-16 guests, so this was a big change for us. We were so fortunate to have the owner's son, Chase, living next door and he was attentive and accommodating beyond what we've ever experienced. First time in 25 years of renting North of the village, we'll be back to this rental for certain.

We can not say enough good things about this house, Geri, and chase the caretaker of the property. Geri was incredibly commutative and helpful from even before booking and helped to make sure everything was arranged for us before we arrived from transportation and groceries to a pack n play for our son. Once we arrived, Chase dedicated every day to essentially catering to us and everything we wanted to do. Chase was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We’re already trying to find a time to come back!
