The main house boasts 1800 square feet of air-conditioned living space, including:

• A master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and living area

• A kids’ room with a single bed, trundle, and a bunk bed

The heart of the main house is the great room with an open kitchen and high ceilings, where you can gather with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The dining area offers ample seating for everyone, and the comfortable living room is perfect for lounging and enjoying the ocean views. Stay connected with WIFI internet throughout the house.

For larger groups, Little Poco, a charming pink cottage, is available on the property. It sleeps 6 and offers 800 square feet of air-conditioned living space, including:

• A queen size daybed in the living room
• A bathroom and a screened porch with dining and lounge areas
