Sea Star Villa

A well-appointed home on a wonderful property near Georgetown and an easy boat ride to nearby islands. An added benefit of being within gated community with other amenities. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions we had, though there were few as we were provided a wealth of information about the property and the island. A wonderful place to get away!

⸻ We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful pink villa Seastar in Exuma! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning the property is — even more gorgeous than the pictures. The villa was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with every detail taken care of to make us feel at home. The location is absolutely perfect — peaceful, private, and just steps away from the most breathtaking water we’ve ever seen. Waking up to those views each morning felt like a dream. The outdoor space was equally amazing, perfect for relaxing, dining, or just soaking in the natural beauty around us. The hosts Margaret & Anna were wonderful, responsive, and so welcoming, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already talking about when we can return! If you’re looking for a slice of paradise in Exuma, this pink villa is it. Highly, highly recommend! 🌸✨

Coming home after family vacation at Sea Star Villa was tough!! It was the most amazing week at the most beautiful place. I have visited Exuma a few times and this was our first time in February Point and it is by far the best place to stay on the island. Conveniently located close to Georgetown - the shops, restaurants, grocery store, marina, water taxi. The Rusty Anchor inside FP was a great place for lunch and dinner. We enjoyed beachside massages from the onsite spa and it was absolutely magical. We visited the sea turtles at the February Point marina daily. And the villa.... it was perfection and filled with happy vibes. Steps from the cove where we spent endless hours each day just floating and talking. There is no better place I have found to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Margaret was amazing to work with. She was so responsive to me and I could feel how much she loves the island and wants to share that love with all of her renters. Her island document is phenomenal. I can't wait to book my next trip. Exuma is my happy place and I am so, so happy we found Sea Star Villa.

We had the best time staying here. The location could not have been more perfect and the photos didn’t even do it justice. Great neighborhood with multiple pools, a restaurant, and a great workout facility. Central on the island so it was easy to get anywhere! Margaret was very responsive and we had everything that we needed for a 10/10 vacation. If you visit Exuma and stay here- you will not be disappointed!! Thank you so much!

I don’t even know where to begin — this home was absolute perfection for our group of four, but can sleep up to six. It felt like our own private resort, tucked away in a peaceful cove with direct water access. The house itself was stunning, with beautiful finishes, thoughtful supplies, and incredibly comfortable beds. And the views? Truly indescribable — pure paradise.The neighborhood was equally impressive: secure, gated, with two lovely pools that were never crowded, plus an onsite marina and restaurant. We loved swimming alongside the marine life that visited daily, relaxing on floats, and exploring the area by kayak.Anna and Margaret were both so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We’re already planning to return — and can’t wait to see the updates coming in the remodel (though we can’t imagine how it could get any better!). Book now — you won’t regret it!

Our host Margaret was the best. When our flight was canceled last minute she went out of her way to help us find new flights and even assisted in finding us a rental across the street for the last couple days since we had to reschedule. She emails an extremely detailed packet with any information you could possibly need during your stay, including recommended tours, restaurants etc. She always responds immediately with any questions. The restaurant on site, Rusty Anchor was delicious and never packed. We ate there several times and it is just a short walk from the house. The pictures of Sea Star don’t do it justice. It’s just perfect, location is great and walking straight into the water off the back porch was paradise. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. I will miss waking up to that view every morning. Exuma was the most beautiful place I’ve ever visited. We would stay here again and again.

We stayed for 10 days in February. We loved the house so much! It is beyond beautiful and well kept. Sea Star Villa has everything you need: kayaks, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen utensils, and everything is easy to find and use. We did tend to run out of hot water if all 6 adults showered to close in time, but we just managed our time better so not really a big deal. The area was extremely safe and comfortable and it was less then a 5 minute drive into George Town to get groceries or eat at restaurant. Please go to the Rusty Anchor on property and enjoy delicious food and drinks. The staff are amazing especially Lindisha, Brittney, and general manager Dennis. Also this house was less windy then other properties at February Point. Margaret was easily reachable if we had any questions. We will be back!!
