The villa’s magnificent modern design features elegant furnishings and top-of-the-line amenities throughout. Upon entering, you will be greeted by the villa’s spacious open living room with wooden cathedral ceilings, oversized windows, and breathtaking views of the turquoise blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

The villa’s oceanfront location offers unobstructed views of the beach and direct access to Harbour Island’s famous ‘Pink Sand’ beach. You can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea while relaxing in the beach cabana or one of the two outdoor dining areas. The outdoor rooftop deck with sitting areas, a Jacuzzi, chaise lounges for tanning, an outdoor kitchen, and a dining area offer spectacular 360-degree views of the ocean and the island’s natural beauty.

The villa comes with a dedicated house manager who will be at the house within minutes to assist with anything you need. Additionally, two valued members of the housekeeping staff provide daily cleaning services from 9 am to 5 pm (1 pm to 5 pm on Sundays).

For an additional cost, guests have the option to use the villa’s 32’ powerboat which comes with a captain so you can relax and enjoy a day of island hopping, fishing, or swimming with the pigs.
