Lattitude Adjustment

Can’t say enough amazing things about this property! The house itself is beautiful, well stocked, clean, comfortable and in a great location. The view is stunning and makes you feel like you are in paradise! Our kids loved the pool and all of the beach toys the house offers and the adults loved the covered outdoor areas for nightly cocktails and morning coffee! What really sets this house apart though is the house manager Charlene! She truly went over and above and turned our trip into a relaxing vacation! From stocking the fridge for us to helping arrange all of our activities, she really allowed us to enjoy every minute we were there! We can’t wait to go back!

Our group had an amazing stay at latitude adjustment. The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 13. The outdoor space is beautiful with plenty of seating and there are different areas around the property to explore. Charlene, the house manager was extremely helpful with booking excursions and any questions that we had. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Amazing property. We had a family of 6 and family of 4. All different age ranges and it worked out perfectly. Great location and centrally located. Beach was awesome and saw only a handful of people all week there. The outside area and the gazebo were our favorite spots. Charlene the house manager was there whenever you needed her. If we ever come back we’d stay here again.

Amazing home with the perfect location. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The home worked out perfectly for 4 couples. The pool, the beach , the home. Well stocked with everything we needed. Plus 5 minutes from the airport. Well located on the island. You wouldn't even need to leave the house. Although we did.to visit other beaches. Will stay here again.

This is such an incredible property, and we would 100% recommend and stay there again! Tons of outdoor spaces, everything you need to spread out and truly enjoy. On one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, comfy beds, great TV/hangout area (comfy oversize couches), and a pro-stocked kitchen! We hired a chef our last night and even he complimented everything.The main house has 3 bedrooms (the bunk room is very small, but sleeps 2-3), living, dining & kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms are in stand-alone cottages detached from the main house. All are within the gates of the property. It felt very safe, and the location is great if you plan to explore the entire island. Communication was great, we had them stock the kitchen with groceries before arrival, and even rented the car thru them. It was all seamless and perfect!

This is by far the best home we have ever rented. Very clean! The house was very well stocked. Plenty of high quality dishes, pans, storage containers and all kinds of yeti cups to keep our drinks cold! We generally ate breakfast and dinner at the house. With exception of having Heather come and cook us an amazing dinner! She served us and cleaned up. She was amazing! Age range from 17-85. Everyone had plenty of room inside and out. Charlene was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and always responded to a question right away. We tried Tim’s on the Bay the first night we were there and did not have a very good experience. We chose not to return. Definitely rent a car so you can explore. We did the 7 beach excursion with Exuma water sports and it was amazing!!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Exuma and Latitude Adjustment was amazing! The house and property were beautiful on such an amazing stretch of quiet beach with the incredible blue water! Charlene was very helpful with arranging all the details for us such as stocking the kitchen, boat tour, a night with our own chef, massage, car rental, and a demonstration by Dave of how to harvest a coconut! It was a vacation with our whole extended family and we will treasure the memories for years to come!

We just returned last night from our stay and could not wait to submit our review and rave about Exuma, the property and the concierge, Charlene.I have been to several islands in the Bahamas and Exuma is now my favorite. The water, friendly people and number of activities available are awesome and Lattitude Adjustment is in the perfect central location on the island. The pictures of the listing are beautiful but honestly do not do it full justice. Fly fishing for bonefish, Done! Drexel Rolle and Stevie Ferguson are great guides. So many activities abound for family members who do not fish I can’t list them all. The ability to work with a concierge at the property was very helpful. We cannot say enough about Charlene the concierge!Beginning with her help with pre arrival groceries, rental car, and activity reservations she was there for everything we needed. Her communication was excellent and during our stay she would always respond promptly when we reached out. She was a big part of why our stay was so seamless. Thank you Charlene!!Without question, CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN!

We absolutely loved our stay at Latitude Adjustment! Our large family of 11 had no problem spreading out at this residence and had everything we could possibly need to have an amazing trip in Exuma. We especially loved the veranda with the pergola outside to drink our coffee and the life vests go our boat days with the kiddos.

We love our stay on this house beautiful view of the crystal water and beautiful sunrise. Charlene the property manager Made us fell right at home. She made our trip a lot easier by organizing our rental car and renting our boat tour. The best part is closer to the airport and downtown. Thank so much to the owner of the house. We will definitely be back.
