The property features four private, water-view cottages with 8 bedrooms and 15 beds, comfortably accommodating groups of up to 18 guests. All cottages feature dedicated A/C, WiFi, Smart TVs, quality linens, and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Heated Infinity Pool & Outdoor Spaces

The heated infinity pool overlooks the Sea of Abaco and marina, creating the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the views.

The open-air Cabana is the heart of the property, featuring the pool, dining space for up to 24 guests, lounge seating, a remodeled chef’s kitchen, wood-fire oven, half bathroom, and outdoor A/C.

The two-story Gazebo offers additional seating with beautiful marina and ocean views and features a 200-foot zipline over the water.

Private Beaches & Water Activities

Guests can enjoy three private beaches, including South Beach and Sunset Beach, as well as a variety of water activities such as crystal kayaks, paddleboards, wakeboarding excursions, world-class fishing, and snorkeling with sea turtles at Green Turtle Cay.

Private Boat Access

Guests of this vacation rental can have access to three boats. Use of one of the 33-Foot Boston Whalers (6 Hours/day) is included with each booking!

Additionally, there are TWO 33-Foot Boston Whalers with Two 350 HP Engines + Private Bathroom, each accommodating up to 12 passengers. For smaller groups, there's one 22-Foot Robalo with One 250 HP Engine, perfect for up to 8 passengers.

Boat use hours are flexible and can be rearranged to different days for your convenience. Should you wish for additional boat use beyond the included hours, it is available at $200 per hour during the day and $450 per hour after sunset.

Please note that fuel costs are not included in the boat use fees.
