The Water Calm Villa - One Bedroom Beachfront Villa

We stayed in the one-bedroom beachfront villa for a week, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Waking up each morning just steps from the beach felt like a dream. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with stunning ocean views right from our doorstep. The privacy and tranquility made it the ideal place to truly relax and unwind. The beach was pristine, the water crystal clear, and the sunsets were breathtaking every single evening. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious beachfront getaway, I cannot recommend The Calm Water Villas highly enough. We would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Calm Water Villas! The 1-bedroom unit was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed. Central location yet tucked away just off Queens Hwy. We enjoyed the peace & quiet and view of the Exuma blue water. A turtle and ray visited us daily. Heated plunge pool was a great bonus. Owner is very responsive. This gem will fill up quickly. Don’t think twice. Book it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We just returned home from an incredible stay at 𝓉𝒽ℯ 𝒞𝒶𝓁𝓂 𝒲𝒶𝓉ℯ𝓇 𝒱𝒾𝓁𝓁𝒶𝓈, One Bedroom Beachfront Villa (2 adults), and we can’t say enough great things about our experience.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🏝️As former Sandals Resort vacationers who typically stay at all-inclusive resorts, we decided to step outside our usual routine—and we are so glad we did. From the moment we first inquired about booking to well after checkout, Greg was incredibly responsive and helpful. Whether it was before booking, after booking, while we were in Exuma, or even once we returned home, he was always available and quick to respond. The entire process was seamless and completely stress-free thanks to Greg and 𝓉𝒽ℯ 𝒞𝒶𝓁𝓂 𝒲𝒶𝓉ℯ𝓇 𝒱𝒾𝓁𝓁𝒶𝓈 team. The complimentary airport transfer was such a wonderful touch. Paul was waiting for us upon arrival and even kindly made a few stops at the liquor and grocery stores on the way to the villa. Another huge bonus was having our rental car waiting at the house when we arrived—no long airport lines or hassle. It made the start of our vacation so smooth. ✨Greg has thoughtfully incorporated many of the things we loved about Sandals, but with even more privacy and relaxation. The peaceful, quiet beach felt like our own private paradise. The sun loungers were the most comfortable we’ve ever used—I even fell asleep on one, which I never do! Having the entire property to ourselves was pure luxury. The large beachfront felt exclusive, serene, and incredibly relaxing. 🌊We also thoroughly enjoyed the heated private pool. And if you’re looking for a little adventure, there are kayaks, snorkel gear, water shoes, and more available to explore the water. 🌸The villa itself was clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Greg and Meg have truly thought of every detail and special touch to make guests feel at home. We will absolutely be back soon. I don’t know where to start.. this property is perfection. Great location between Georgetown & Little Exuma. The views are gorgeous! Great outdoor space that checks all the boxes. Not once did I go to grab for something and it wasn’t there, the owners thought of every little detail. Paul the Property Manager picked us up at the airport and had a rental car here at the property waiting for us. It was so convenient and easy and the owners have been very responsive throughout the entire process. They truly care about the property and your time here in Exuma. There are two separate units so you can rent one or both. When you rent one the other one is left empty. Perfect for 2 couples or a smaller group. The finishes are perfect from the furniture and styling to the master shower which is off the charts! Super comfortable beds, pillows & beautiful quality towels and linens. Super clean! We have stayed in other Airbnb’s and this one has far exceeded our expectations all the way around a 10++! Michelle & Wil Howerton

The Calm Watas VIllas is the perfect place to slow down and unwind-it’s feels like private paradise. The location can’t be beat; right on the beach and a short drive from the airport and local restaurants /shops. The house couldn’t be more comfortable. The bed feels like a luxury hotel. The huge shower overlooking the beach is incredible. It’s spotless. Super quiet and I slept like a baby. They have kayaks. Sit on the dock and watch the sunrise/sunset. I could go on forever about this place. Will def be back!!!

Our stay at the Calm Waters villa was absolutely unforgettable! The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and perfectly equipped — with our own private deck, beach, dock and pool to relax in complete peace. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything easy, including arranging a seamless private transfer. We loved kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkleing right from the property and were lucky enough to see a family of stingrays, sea turtles, and plenty of colorful fish!! I definately plan to rent a boat or jetski and have them brought to the dock next time! We took a few trips to other beaches and each one was its own special experience. Local stores nearby made it simple to pick up food and snacks, and the location felt wonderfully private yet convenient. I also felt very safe, even though the location was secluded. We also went to several good restaurants for dinner and drinks! It was nice to have the option to socialize when we felt like it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private island getwaway in one of the most beautiful places in the world! Cant wait to go back!
