The Calm Water Villas - Master Suite

The Calm Water Villas is the most amazing zen vacation spot that I have ever seen. They are located directly on the ocean with the most beautiful clear turquoise water in the world, making it easy to see the fish and turtles. The sunrises are breathtaking. There is an infinity pool, and a private beach with a private dock. Kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling gear are easily accessible to keep everyone entertained. The villas have fully equipped kitchens, and breathtaking ocean views, 5 star service, including luxury bedding. A binder book includes information and phone numbers for tours, food, and more.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Calm Water Villas! Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to return! We stayed in the master suite villa overlooking the pool and the ocean, which was the perfect size for us! It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need and more in a studio size unit. The bathroom was awesome and is a great size with dual showers! The deck with the extra comfortable lounge chairs and the perfect size pool was our favorite spot! The setting is so beautiful with a perfect little beach and the dock with amazing views. The location overall was great for us, not too far from anything. We actually met Meg when we first arrived and she was so amazing and answered any questions we had! Do not hesitate to book this villa, it’s amazing and we are already planning our return trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Greg and Meg’s beautiful home in Exuma. They were incredibly thoughtful and responsive hosts from the start.<br/>Our travel to Exuma didn’t go as planned—we had a missed connection and our luggage was lost—but Greg went out of his way to help with alternate travel suggestions and advice on retrieving our luggage once it arrived. He also arranged for a driver, Paul, to take us to and from the airport. Paul was fantastic and gave us a great overview of the island on the drive.<br/>The house itself is brand new, spotless, and exactly as described on Airbnb. The view is absolutely stunning and made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the island.<br/>Exuma exceeded our expectations. The beaches are some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen, and the people were gracious and welcoming.<br/>We truly appreciated Greg and Meg’s hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We just returned home from an incredible stay at 𝓉𝒽ℯ 𝒞𝒶𝓁𝓂 𝒲𝒶𝓉ℯ𝓇 𝒱𝒾𝓁𝓁𝒶𝓈, One Bedroom Beachfront Villa (2 adults), and we can’t say enough great things about our experience.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🏝️As former Sandals Resort vacationers who typically stay at all-inclusive resorts, we decided to step outside our usual routine—and we are so glad we did. From the moment we first inquired about booking to well after checkout, Greg was incredibly responsive and helpful. Whether it was before booking, after booking, while we were in Exuma, or even once we returned home, he was always available and quick to respond. The entire process was seamless and completely stress-free thanks to Greg and 𝓉𝒽ℯ 𝒞𝒶𝓁𝓂 𝒲𝒶𝓉ℯ𝓇 𝒱𝒾𝓁𝓁𝒶𝓈 team. The complimentary airport transfer was such a wonderful touch. Paul was waiting for us upon arrival and even kindly made a few stops at the liquor and grocery stores on the way to the villa. Another huge bonus was having our rental car waiting at the house when we arrived—no long airport lines or hassle. It made the start of our vacation so smooth. ✨Greg has thoughtfully incorporated many of the things we loved about Sandals, but with even more privacy and relaxation. The peaceful, quiet beach felt like our own private paradise. The sun loungers were the most comfortable we’ve ever used—I even fell asleep on one, which I never do! Having the entire property to ourselves was pure luxury. The large beachfront felt exclusive, serene, and incredibly relaxing. 🌊We also thoroughly enjoyed the heated private pool. And if you’re looking for a little adventure, there are kayaks, snorkel gear, water shoes, and more available to explore the water. 🌸The villa itself was clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Greg and Meg have truly thought of every detail and special touch to make guests feel at home. We will absolutely be back soon.
