Well, where do we start: Its not modern, but that is the charm. It is rustic and it feels like this place has history. The setting is perfect and so peaceful, with mature gardens and lots to see and hear in them. Pool is shallow, but safe. It has a jacuzzi tub, too. Rooms are clean and AC works OK. Shops, bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away, and if hungry, to onto Google maps and order food in. Overall, I am trying to think of any negatives, and I cannot. Hopefully, we will be back in the near future. Thanks.

Fantastic! This was the best part of our stay in The Bahamas. The staff are kind and welcoming, the grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. We stayed in a studio room which was just what we needed. We were able to make breakfast in our room before the day started, return and relax in the pools after activities. The cats that live on the property welcomed us back every afternoon and relaxed with us on the patio. The location is close to some stores and restaurants, and only a few minutes away from downtown activities.

This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. We rented one of the studio apartments for 3 nights, it was spacious, clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. All the staff and team onsite were amazing, very friendly and helpful. There is a very well equipped onsite gym that was a bonus, and the infinity pool area was stunning. We joined everyone for happy hour Friday night and we had a great time socialising, the food was also very tasty and reasonably priced! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is super charming, walk through the gates and you're met with a meticulously kept gardens and surrounds, a proper jungle garden oasis with a gorgeous pool area - note bring your mozzy spray. There's a vegetable plot out the back, well looked after chickens providing fresh eggs. A well equipped gym and soon to be a paddle court I heard! It's quiet when you need it and got atmosphere during weekend/theme nights in the bar. All the staff are friendly and willing to help, the breakfasts are tasty and the wings we found totally addictive. Good cocktails too. Room was huge, well kept, decent kitchenette and bed suuuper comfy. So the location isn't TOP notch. Especially if your main planned mode of transport is your feet.. To walk to restaurant (other than on site) its circa 15 min brisk walk, shop approx 10 mins and nearest beach only 7/8min walk, but it is not a standard, show stopper Caribbean beach. BUT this is rectified through helpful customer/guest services. Enter Silk Cotton Shuttle: the cheapest prices on island and drop offs anywhere on island (normally at drop of a hat) Minor negative aside.. Skip Atlantis, save yourself some money and get involved with proper Bahamian people and quality accommodation.

Property was delightful, beautiful, peaceful and close enough to many things. Our villa was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The main pool was very clean, with music during the day and a restaurant. We had 1 dinner on property which was fantastic. 2nd pool area is quieter with a fantastic area to bbq and have dinner outside. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The Silk Cotton Villas are a fabulous place to stay. My only complaint is that the listing undersells itself! The pools are fantastic, the restaurant is great and serves breakfast daily, and the service is top tier. The shuttle service especially made transportation around the Bahamas super easy! Highly recommend

Silk Cotton Villas is in a secure and walkable distance to a beach. It’s close to grocery, fast food and pharmacy stores. It’s a 45 mins to an hour walk to downtown. The villa itself could use a little updating and the secondary pool could use some TLC but otherwise it was a nice place and comfortable. The restaurant on-site was very good, a bit slow and pricey, but Nassau restaurants are pricey everywhere. Transportation is not cheap, except for the jitneys (city bus) but they are a bit unpredictable with no schedule or posted stops in some areas. All in all, the villas were cozy, safe and relaxing. Thanks to Scott and his team for a very nice 9 days. We would recommend this spot.

The property is beautiful and well cared for. The unit was large, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kodos to Paul, Yulino , Shantel , Romeo, and anyone we came in contact with. Scott is a true gentleman and was truly interested in us and our vacation and we appreciated our conversations with him.

So first of all, there are 2 pools, not just 1, which was a nice surprise. The whole area of Silk Cotton Villas is very nice. <br/>S/o to Paul for everything! He told us about Bahamas and drove us around the island. Paul and the chef in the kitchen definitely deserves a raise, everything that we ate was perfect!<br/>The apartment wasn't the highlight of the vacay. I'm afraid there were fleas in the bed or something like that. My girlfriend started scratching herself in the accommodation and she's still bitten to this day. Also, if you're from Europe, be prepared that there is no handle in the shower. <br/>What I'm most disappointed is the outside of the vilas. There is a 2-lane "highway" next to it, the drivers have no respect for people living and drive crazy fast. There are sidewalks missing a lot of times and everything is far! Definitely no cosy walking around in the sunset time. All the restaurants and shops around the area are pretty expensive, prepare for that.
