This luxury home with a separate guest cottage can be booked as a 3 bed/3 bath rental (accommodating up to 6 people) or as a 5 bed/5 bath option (for parties of up to 10). The price quoted is for the main house only. If your party exceeds 6, ask for an updated quote to include the guest cottage, which is available for an additional $500 per night. Note that the guest cottage is never rented separately, ensuring complete privacy. For check-in or check-out on a Sunday, there is a $200 supplement. We aim to be flexible with our minimum stay requirements, so always feel free to ask if we can accommodate your schedule.

For larger gatherings, add the detached guest cottage, which offers two additional suites and the flexibility to accommodate up to 10 guests with optional pull-out trundle beds.

The great room is the heart of the home, with a high-tech kitchen, dining for 10, and a cozy media area for evenings of relaxation. If you’re a boat enthusiast, the private dock welcomes vessels up to 120 feet.

With modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, reverse osmosis drinking water, and a backup generator, you can indulge in island living without sacrificing comfort. Families will appreciate thoughtful touches like a baby cot and high chair, or arrange a romantic dinner with a private chef. Availability in Harbour Island is limited, with dates often reserved over a year in advance.
