Located along the marina in beautiful Treasure Cay, Abaco, this distinctive property is ideal for families or groups traveling together who want to share a memorable island getaway while enjoying the comfort and privacy of two separate homes.

With 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, Sea Smoke Estate offers the best of both worlds: space to gather and the freedom to retreat to your own home. Each house has its own living room, kitchen, dining area, grill, and outdoor deck, allowing two families or groups to enjoy their time together while maintaining their own space, privacy, and routines.

The estate features four queen beds and two twin beds, which can be placed together upon request. For added convenience, the property offers a total of four full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The suites in Sea Smoke House also feature private entrances and individual outdoor decks, with one overlooking the canal and the other facing the garden.

Bringing a boat? Complimentary dockage is available for boats up to 30 feet, while boats over 30 feet can be accommodated for an additional fee. Advance notice is required to coordinate dockage arrangements.
