Truly luxury in paradise! We had 4 couples in the house and you never would have thought you were sharing any space. Everything we needed was either there or close by. Amazing views and the most relaxing trip! The host was very responsive and truly provides a luxury place!

Very beautiful and modern. Waking up to the amazing views of the ocean and white sands right from my bed will be forever imprinted in my brain. Nothing compares to this and the sunsets. Quiet and private. The kids were in the ocean daily or playing at the pool. We took a boat ride and swam with pigs and sharks! Kids had great time and adults sat back and relaxed while soaking in the paradise! We love it here!!!!

What a beautiful place to spend time with friends and family. From waking up to see the sunrise to a late night dip in the pool this luxury home has everything. Grilling fresh lobster tails 20 feet from sea turtles swimming in crystal clear water is something I will never forget. 100++

This is the second year in a row that we have come to Island Time. We love the luxury of it from the gormet kitchen with everything that we neeed to the luxurious bathrobes provided in each bedroom suite. This place checks all the boxes for us. A private pool, steps from the ocean, close liquor and grocery stores and availability of power boats to rent. The owner and Patrick, our caretaker, are welcoming and always there to answer our questions. We're glad we found Island Time and the other places next door if our numbers change.

WOW! Just wow! This place is amazing. Right from the beginning communication with Paul was so easy.He let us check in early and we were just blown away with how amazing the property is. It’s very well stocked with everything you need. But the view… Just amazing. Flamingo beach is beautiful and so quiet. The pool is an incredible temperature.Any problems we had, Patrick was there in minutes. I can’t praise this property enough. Our stay there was perfect.
