Craving a break from the everyday rush? Picture this: soft island breezes, morning coffee overlooking the serene bonefish flats, and a blue hole just a swim away. This peaceful hideout is one of those Exuma vacation rentals that feels like it was made just for you, intimate, inviting, and close to everything that makes Great Exuma magical.
This gem of an Exuma vacation rental is perfect for couples or small families. With two queen beds — one in the master bedroom and another in the airy loft — and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there’s space for up to six guests. It’s a home that invites you to kick off your flip-flops, unwind, and soak up that island ease.
Whether you’re paddling across clear waters with the included kayak and paddleboards, or opting for a skiff rental to explore further out, the adventure starts right at your door. Not many Exuma vacation rentals offer a blue hole within swimming distance — this one does. And after a day of salty fun, grill up your dinner and toast to island life on the patio.
Tucked in the quiet Coconut Grove area of Georgetown, this Exuma vacation rental is your base for beach hopping and local discovery. Hoopers Bay, Jolly Hall, and Palm Bay are just a short drive away, and when you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle in for a cozy night under the stars.
You’ll have full access to the house, with just a couple of private owner compartments and a deck, everything else is yours to enjoy. Among Exuma vacation rentals, few offer this blend of privacy, comfort, and adventure-ready location.

We had a wonderful stay here! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very private, making it the perfect place to relax. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the space was comfortable and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.
The only thing I'd mention for future guests is the road leading to the property. It's a bit different than a typical access road, and one of our taxi drivers was hesitant to drive on it. Most locals are familiar with it, but if you're planning to use a taxi, it's a good idea to let the driver know about the road ahead of time to avoid any confusion. Other than that, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place!
We had a great stay. There has been a home built next door since we first booked. While the neighboring property does take away a little privacy, it doesn’t take any significant view away from this place at all. You still get great sunrises and sunsets. I was able to shower and see a turtle casually swimming along the mangroves. There were lots of fish around the dock to snorkel around. The paddle from the dock to the sand flats was an easy trip. The blue hole was just a stones throw away. The home was clean, organized and easy to access. The drive from the airport to the home wasn’t a bother. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone that doesn’t mind a little adventure.
Trevor’s house was a great place for me and my wife to stay while my dad and mother stayed in his brothers house next to it.
The house was extremely clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We had coffee every morning on the front porch and used the kayak and paddle boards daily.
Brendi is equally amazing and helped us with everything we needed on the island!
While there is another house newly built next door, it didn’t take away from the views or magic of the house.
We look forward to staying here again!
This location is so beautiful as it sits very tucked away from the busy areas. The little cove offers beautiful views regardless where you are looking (there is a new home being built right next to it that blocks some view to the west when on the back deck…but you still have LOTS of beautiful water views everywhere else!!). The home feels brand new and is ultra clean. If we come back to visit Exuma, I will 100% stay here again! Bonus is seeing turtles while showing (yes we did actually see them from the bathroom). We also snorkeled the blue hole and saw lots of fish, a turtle, lion fish and a good sized barracuda. Even saw a shark swim by at one point. Also, Brandi, who is the on island manager is amazing and so helpful. We also rented our car through her and it was easy to get it at the airport and drop it right back off at the airport.
Perfect for our party of 3 - had everything we needed and was very comfortable . Trevor and crew were responsive with all questions we had.
The house was as advertised. Very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice. We loved using the kayak and paddle boards. The host was so easy to communicate with and answered all my questions.
Great place that is secluded and very quiet. The house has everything you need. The road is a little rough getting back to the house but we rented a jeep so no issues. Great location because it is right in the middle between little Exuma and Georgetown. We did a couple of tours from Exuma Water Sports and also rented a boat from MWS for one of the days.
All in all we greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is pristine, well-stocked, comfortable, and the paddle boards and kayak were very fun to explore the area. We were disappointed to see a new house is being built very close beside the west facing deck that was not in the listed pictures. This obscured the view, and the generator and power tools and music played by the construction workers diminished the peace and privacy. For these reasons, I would not stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Trevor’s place in Coconut Grove! The location is absolutely dreamy and truly special. The check-in was super flexible and very easy, which made our arrival completely stress-free.
The property itself is beautiful, and having kayaks available was such a great bonus. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing sea turtles right behind the house - an unforgettable experience!
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Trevor’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique spot.
Beautiful home and we had a lot of fun on the paddle boards and kayak! Turtles in your backyard (water)!
Beautiful place and in a great location. The kayak and stand up paddle boards are a great bonus. You can see fish and turtles from the beach! We rented the skiff for a day and explored some cool areas.
Grerat spot with lots to do!
We stayed for 3 nights with our two kids and absolutely loved it. The property is beautifully decorated and well-appointed—the kitchen was fully stocked so we could settle right in, and the beds/bedding were super comfortable. The layout is great; the lofted second bedroom gave us plenty of space.
The location is just 10 minutes to George Town, 25 to the airport, and an easy drive to Little Exuma. A huge perk was being able to rent a car directly through the hosts. Brendi made the process seamless by leaving the car at the airport for us. (Note: The road to the house is unpaved, but manageable if you go slow!)
We really appreciated the washer/dryer, and the thoughtful bonuses like detergent and beach towels. We had rainy weather, so having a Smart TV was a lifesaver for the kids. While weather kept us from using the outdoor toys, it’s amazing that they provide kayaks, paddleboards, and a motorized boat rental right out the back door. We would definitely stay again!
Great location, great communication, awesome house. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good get away.
We had a great stay at Trevor’s place. Would definitely go back! Perfect place for fishing and kayaking.
Excellent stay—would absolutely return. The house is newer, spotless, and very well stocked. We loved the individual cooling unit in the master bedroom and the cotton sheets—we slept great. Beautiful peninsula location with great views. We swam and snorkeled right off the beach, kayaked to Mosquito Cay, and walked the salt flats at low tide. Paddleboards and a two-person kayak are provided. The skiff is available as a separate on-site rental and is worth it—it runs in very shallow water and made trips to Sand Cay easy. Cars were also available to rent, which simplified everything. Trevor was a fantastic host with excellent communication.
Está mal la descripción de la llegada lo cual genera inconvenientes al llegar y ya arranca mal la experiencia
El lugar es muy lindo limpio y completo pero quizás dado lo alejado y la época del año de poquísimo tiempo de sol debería ser más económico
Great experience, thanks!
Remote, off the beaten track… great for couples and those who don’t expect pampering but who enjoy the cleanest place on the island amidst the raw, untouched beauty for which this couple was hoping! Peaceful! Paradise! Inspiring!
We’ll be back!
We had a wonderful stay in Exuma. Thank you Trevor and property manager Brendi for being so helpful and always so responsive to our questions. The space was perfect for our vacation with our only recommendation being adding portable beach chairs to use when traveling to different beaches. We would definitely recommend this home!!
