Clementina's Cove

We recently had the opportunity to stay at Clementina’s Cove, and from the moment we arrived, we were absolutely awe-struck by the endless, breathtaking views. We spent hours relaxing on the expansive wraparound deck, taking in the ocean and watching the many boats pass by — it was simply beautiful. The home is spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. As a newly built property, it offers all the best, up-to-date amenities — including the newly installed pickleball court, which was such a fun and unexpected bonus! The location was another wonderful surprise. It’s perfectly tucked away from the main road, offering peace and privacy, yet still ideally situated to be close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Clementina’s Cove is absolutely amazing and was perfect for our girls trip! The house is new and beautifully furnished with every detail carefully thought out. The kitchen is well stocked -and everything is labeled which we found especially helpful, such a nice touch! The Ihouse sits up on a hill at the end of the street and was very private & quiet. The house overlooks Hoopers Bay and the views are incredible, looking at the beautiful blue water never got old. The huge deck with plenty of seating was amazing. We really enjoyed sitting outside, swimming in the pool, and the pickleball court was an added bonus. The location is ideal with close proximity to the airport, shopping, restaurants & so many cool beaches. The welcome book is quite expansive with so much helpful information, including hidden gems we enjoyed exploring. The hosts are great and very knowledgeable about the island. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to go back!!

Wow! Just Wow! This home has been designed with care and attention to detail. Everything you need, and more! The views are stunning, the pool and patio perfect for coffee, cocktails, any time of day! Fully equipped kitchen, lovely dining area and spacious comfy rooms. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and cozy in Clementina’s Cove, we can't wait to return!

I spent a week in early November at Clementina’s Cove with friends. This newly built home is amazing! It is comfortable and beautifully decorated with all of the conveniences provided. It is obvious that the hosts put a lot of time and energy into thinking of every detail. The pool area is the best! We spent a lot of time out there. Magnificent views! I strongly recommend this home for a group to spend time together. We did a lot of day trips across the island and spent our early mornings & evenings enjoying Clementina’s Cove.

Paradise Found!! This gorgeous brand new home has everything you could want to make your trip to Exuma amazing! From the incredible location to the luxurious amenities, you will not be disappointed! The home is beautiful and comfortable - the owners thought of everything to make visitors feel welcomed. The views are spectacular! There are panoramic views from the inside to the expansive decking and pool area! There is even a pickleball court and the pool is heated, which makes for year round enjoyment! We can wait to come back!!

Vacationing at Clementina’s Cove is a “Once in a Lifetime Experience”. The property allows you to have a panoramic view of Hoopers Bay, Exuma. The home sits on top of the highest elevation on the island. It overlooks the turquoise blue waters, and the sugar white sand of the local beach. Now, If you truly enjoy having a margarita, a kalik, or a Gin and tonic; while sitting at the pool side. Clementina’s Cove is the place for your next adventure.

My partner and a few of our friends (total of 6 people) stayed at Clementina’s Cove while in Exuma recently. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and the amenities (pool and pickleball court) were an added bonus. The view of the beach and ocean from the pool (shown in pics) can be seen from the floor to ceiling windows throughout the house and never gets old!! The check-in and check out process were efficient and easy and there is a local property manager as well. Everything in the house is labeled so it’s easy to find things in the kitchen when cooking, which light switches turn on what lights, etc. Finally, the hosts provide a comprehensive packet of activities in the area, popular restaurants, numbers to call, and so much more, which helped us determine which restaurants we wanted to go to and how to rent a boat on the island. We had an amazing experience at Clementina’s Cove and we will 100% be back!
