One of the most remarkable features of this property is its unbeatable location on Pink Sands Beach, one of the most famous beaches in the world. With 120 feet of water frontage, you can enjoy uninterrupted ocean views and direct access to the crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Wake up to the sound of the waves and take a morning stroll along the soft pink sands of the beach.

Asian House offers the privacy and exclusivity of a luxury villa, combined with the luxury, comfort, and services you would find at a 5-star hotel. Two valued members of our housekeeping staff provide daily cleaning services from 9 am to 5 pm (1 pm to 5 pm on Sundays), ensuring that you can relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

For an additional cost, guests have the option to use the villa’s 32’ powerboat, which comes with a captain. This option allows you to island hop, fish, or swim with the pigs, all while enjoying the beautiful Bahamian waters. Also, you can book a private chef or a massage.

The villa is equipped with all the modern amenities and services you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Enjoy Wi-Fi internet access, an office with fax and printer, a movie theater, a fully-equipped fitness room, a sauna and steam room, a massage room, and a Sonos speaker system.
