Cozy Living Area: Open-concept flow with a 65” Smart TV, comfortable seating facing the water, and a great collection of board games and puzzles for family nights.

Seamless Indoor/Outdoor Living: Expansive sliding glass doors invite you to transition effortlessly between the indoor great room and the outdoor veranda.

The Bedrooms
Three thoughtfully appointed ensuite bedrooms, each featuring premium linens, custom closets, blackout blinds, a work desk, and independent AC units.

Suites 1 & 2 (Ocean View): King beds, private ensuite with walk-in shower, and 9’ sliding doors with direct access to the pool and veranda.

Suite 3 (Treetop View): King bed (convertible to two XL twins upon request) with a private ensuite and serene views of Hoopers Bay and the courtyard.
