• Master Suite Villa – Perfect for couples or those on a honeymoon.
• One Bedroom Beachfront Villa – Excellent for couples or small families (accommodates 2 adults + 2 children with a Queen Murphy bed in the living area).
• Book One or Both – The entire property is always reserved exclusively for your use.

• The private beach, pool, and dock are never shared with other guests.
• Each villa remains locked when not in use, guaranteeing your exclusivity.

Helpful Island Pointers

• Remember to bring reusable bags for grocery runs (local stores do not provide plastic bags at checkout).
• We advise against drinking the tap water; a 5-gallon water cooler is provided.
• No-see-ums can appear around sunrise/sunset—Skin So Soft is very effective!
• If there is anything essential you must have, please bring it, as nearly everything in Exuma is imported.
• For safety, bonfires and fire pits are not allowed; please smoke in designated areas away from the house.
