From the moment you walk in, it just feels right. Air-conditioned comfort, full kitchens with modern appliances, cable TV, and fast Wi-Fi—because even in paradise, a little convenience goes a long way. Start your day with a morning dip in the poolside cabana, stretch it out in the Life Fitness gym, or pluck a mango right from our fruit trees. And when you’re ready to explore, Harbour Bay Shopping Plaza—with Starbucks, a spa, and groceries—is just a short stroll away.

Explore by day, unwind by night

Adventure is calling. Swim with dolphins at Atlantis, snap sunset photos on Paradise Island, or taste the real Bahamas at Potters Cay Dock’s famous Fish Fry. Meander through the local Farmers Market or sail into the horizon with the Royal Nassau Sailing Club. Then, come home to fresh linens, quiet evenings under the stars, and the peace of a community watched over by nighttime security. It’s the kind of cozy, cared-for vibe you’ll want to come back to—again and again.

Silk Cotton Villa is located right in the heart of everything, making it a wonderful place to stay while visiting Nassau. We stayed in Villa 2, which had been beautifully renovated. The living room was huge, with lots of windows that allowed plenty of natural light to come in. It was spacious, bright, and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a full meal. The villa also came with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. The primary bedroom was spacious and had its own private bathroom, including a tub. It was absolutely beautiful! There were also two additional bedrooms that shared a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom downstairs, so there was plenty of space for everyone. The entire villa and surrounding complex were beautiful and well maintained. The property is located inside a gated community, which was another feature we appreciated. One of the things that really stood out was having a management team right on site. If there was ever an issue or something that needed attention, all we had to do was let them know, and they responded quickly and came over to take care of it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Silk Cotton Villa. It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully renovated, conveniently located, and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
