Had a great 4 night stay for my brother’s bachelor getaway. House comfortably accommodated 12 of us. Loved the beachfront property and the game room was perfect for the crew. I highly recommend this rental if you are a large group/family. Courtney and co-host, Sarah, were helpful and quick to respond. Happy stay!

We stayed at Villa Y Mar & Sol over the holidays with our family of 11. <br/>Our host Courtney was super in communicating and very helpful from beginning to check out day. <br/>The home was everything and more than expected. From a great kitchen with all the amenities, an entertainment area, a huge sofa in the family room to gather together on. A Galley with an added refrigerator. Multiple outdoor seating areas with music and lighting. The pool is perdectly maintained and beautiful. <br/>The bedrooms and bathrooms are all excellent roomy. <br/>The beach area is so well thought out with a pool house structure with a viewing area above. A long dock to walk out on and see fish and turtles. <br/>Honestly, I could keep going on about this home and not do it justice. Great parking, great security. The home has everything labeled to help with lighting etc. Very nice details everywhere. <br/>We are so happy we picked this home and highly recommend.

My family and I had an absolutely great time at this Airbnb! It was beautiful, clean and convenient! If I visit Bahamas again, I would definitely book this again and recommend to friends/family. Not sure why this place does not have more reviews because it was absolutely beautiful. <br/>Pool was great as well. Only downside with the pool was that it was constantly getting dirty with leaves and mosquitos as it is right under trees. The hosts still had equipment available for us to clean it out when we wanted to use it.

Came with a group of my best friends (10) of us for my 40th birthday. The house was absolutely everything the pictures showed, absolutely stunning. It exceeded all of our expectations. The communication with the host and on island property manager were top notch. Answered all of our questions and were there if we needed them. <br/>We felt safe the whole time with the private gate!<br/>They provided us with recommendations, one of them being a private chef that we utilized. Chef Aaron was phenomenal, his menu was delicious and he cleaned up and took care of everything. We could not have asked for a better stay. The group has already voted to go back! Thank you again for a wonderful time!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! We had multiple families from toddlers to seniors, and there was something for everyone. The house is incredibly spacious, allowing us to enjoy time together while still having privacy. The views of the water were stunning. Having access to great snorkeling right in the backyard was a major highlight. The outdoor area was well-maintained, with plenty of room to relax, play, and entertain. The hosts were exceptional-very responsive and thoughtful. They provided a list of local recommendations and before arrival, they sent a detailed guide with things we needed to know about the house, which made settling in easy. When we had a minor issue during a rainy day, the hosts quickly arranged assistance and were easy to reach. They were also flexible with our flight schedule with checkin and checkout.The home has a charming, older character but has been nicely updated. The gate and security made us feel safe.We enjoyed our time and would stay again

first of all, let me just say i will DEFINETLY be coming back, and staying here AGAIN!! it was beautiful. breathtaking. i went to nassau with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and let me tell you, NONE of us wanted to leave! <br/>the house had plenty of room to roam around and chill inside and outside of the house. We had a private chef come over to cook for us and the house had all he needed to make an amazing dinner. <br/>the host was very responsive and helpful with any needs we had. <br/>it was a beautiful home. i loved every minute!! <br/>thank you so much!!!

This is a fantastic house for a family vacation. It checked all of our boxes: a high-end remodel of a classic home, very private, direct beach access with a pool and a large yard for games or lounging. The Sonos sound system was incredible. We also enjoyed the outdoor living setup, with multiple dining areas and chairs. <br/>Courtney and Sarah were excellent hosts. We would love to come back here!

Great photos! Even greater in reality!!!<br/>The luxurious house and grounds were magnificent in an enchanting setting but close enough to town for groceries and restaurants. In particular we would like to note that the hosts were very responsive. There is obvious attention to providing guests with a perfect experience. <br/>We all enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool, swimming and snorkeling off the beach. The beach was perfect for families with little kids. Our eight-year- old, seven-year-old, six-year-old and three-year old entertained themselves all day long going back and forth from pool to the beach and back again. (We did make sure they washed off the sand in the outdoor shower before entering the pool again.) The kids were excited to see lizards, sea turtles, sea stars, crabs, and fish,<br/> From one super host to another, BRAVO!!<br/>P.S. W had booked several outings but ended up canceling all of them and enjoying Villa Mar Y Sol to the fullest.

This vacation home was perfection, the space was comfortable, and the grounds were pristine and luxurious. <br/> There was plenty of space and it accommodated our large group very well. The lighting at night and the sound system created a beach vibe allowing us to relax the entire time. The hosts were very responsive and wonderful to work with, would go back again!

Villa Mar Y Sol is absolute paradise! Our group of six families stayed here to celebrate our high school seniors' spring break, and it was the perfect home base for a week full of fun, relaxation, and unforgettable memories. The home is stunning—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed to accommodate a large group. There was something for everyone: teens and adults loved playing soccer and bocce ball on the huge lawn, lounging by the gorgeous pool, and watching the oceanfront sunrises. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for catching up and soaking in the sun. The kitchen easily handled big group meals, and everyone had their own bed and space to unwind. We felt completely at home and loved every moment. The value of this home is unmatched, and we truly hated to leave its beauty and charm behind.
