Beautiful home on beautiful Paradise Island. Very clean, comfortable, plenty space. Welcoming feel once we stepped inside and welcoming messages from the team on our arrival. Home looked exactly as shown in photos, beds very comfortable and laundry room a plus. We drove to Super Value on the main island to food shop which was a short distance straight after crossing over the PI bridge. Disappointing the pool pump was broken our entire stay. We were given the green light to use the pool but were advised to not open our eyes in the water. After a splash caused a family member severe eye irritation, we passed on using it because of the risks with it not being fully functional. Enjoying this amenity as a family & especially for our father/patriarch who came home to his native country on the dawn of his birthday was important for us. Instead some of us visited gorgeous Cabbage Beach a few times, less than 10 min walk. Super helpful & professional team. Very memorable, enjoyable stay.
