Seaclusion

The SeaClusion location to Georgetown, Exuma Grocery market, liquor stores, Straw Market and small boutiques is great. We met the host during our stay and he was very friendly. The house layout is great for lots of guests and we had 10 adults and 1 toddler. The view is very pretty and pool size great. Overall it worked for us. Cons: it does need a good deep cleaning, and furniture cleaned. A combo Keurig pod/coffee pot machine would be nice, add a hand mixer and a vacuum cleaner that worked would help keep the floors clean during our stay. The master bathtub set up was about to fall apart, couldn’t use or figure out how to turn the water on. Pool heater wasn’t working. Watching tv, not easy to figure out and you have to have your own streaming accts to use it, not very user friendly. Water temperature in showers would change from cold, hot cold without notice on you so watch out! We had a handicapped person with us and going down to the beach well we didn’t. Stairs too steep and no handrails. Nor no handrails for pool steps. Not much beach in front nor are you able to walk the beach like we hoped. When we arrived most of the safes were messed up and the host had to come fix, he also told us the heater on the pool wasn’t working. My husband has ALS (they tend to be cold all the time) and was looking forward to the warm pool during our stay we did an afternoon excursion on Friday. Host asked to install new washer/dryer during that time. Beds/pillows average.

Palmetto Bay Resort exceeded all expectations during our stay in Exuma. The beachfront location is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear turquoise waters and pristine white sand right at your doorstep. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The location is ideal for exploring the famous swimming pigs at Big Major Cay and other incredible attractions Exuma has to offer. Whether you’re looking for adventure or pure relaxation, Palmetto Bay Resort delivers an authentic Bahamian experience. We can’t wait to return!

Very spacious for large groups.. perfect location- very close to fun restaurants/ bars/ airport. Pool beach deck amazing… beach deck with lounge chairs and beach chairs made big difference for many hang at beach on the deck…views from inside house to beach amazing - can see ocean for miles as soon as you step in house…master bedroom had closet full of beach necessities which we used - 6 folding beach chairs, all age life jackets, beach balls, gsmes , rafts…highly recommend

We love Seaclusion! We stayed in March 2024 and just last week (March 2025). The floorplan is spacious for extended family, the beach is private and stunning, the pool is a great, the view is hard to beat! Nice interior decor and comfy beds. Great closet of extra beach/pool/yard toys for adults and for kids too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning oceanfront home “Seaclusion” in Exuma, Bahamas, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The home itself is spacious and well-appointed, featuring an open-concept living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to soak in the panoramic ocean front views from every angle. The décor is tasteful and sophisticated, yet relaxed enough to feel like the perfect beach getaway. Each of the bedrooms is generously sized, with plush bedding and plenty of storage space, and the bathrooms are absolutely top-notch—luxurious, with large walk-in showers and premium fixtures. Outside, the expansive deck area is perfect for lounging or enjoying meals al fresco while watching the boats pass by. The private beach just steps from the house is a true gem—quiet, pristine, and almost entirely to ourselves during our stay. Snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters was an unforgettable experience, and the house has kayaks available for guests to use, adding to the fun. The location in Exuma is ideal for exploring the area’s natural beauty. We were just a short drive to board a boat for the famous swimming pigs, and the nearby islands and cays offer endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation. The property manager was incredibly accommodating, arranging Chef Joe to come to the home and prepare a world class meal. If you’re looking for a slice of paradise where you can unwind and experience the very best of the Bahamas, this oceanfront home in Exuma is the perfect choice.
