We had a wonderful stay at La Palmeraie Bahamas, Harbour Island from January 27–28. The property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, clean, and perfectly maintained. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making our short stay very relaxing. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, yet it still feels private and serene. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help, which truly made a difference. Even though our stay was short, it was memorable, and we left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. We would definitely recommend La Palmeraie to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing getaway in Harbour Island and would love to return again.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking ocean views. The property is beyond stunning, elegant yet relaxed, with every detail perfectly curated for comfort and style. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. We especially loved the private pool and the seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living, it truly feels like your own luxury retreat in paradise. The staff were exceptional, always attentive and ready to help with a smile, whether arranging excursions or preparing the most delicious island-inspired meals. The location is unbeatable: steps from the world-famous pink sand beach and close to the charming town center with its boutique shops and great restaurants. Every moment felt magical — from sunrise walks along the shore to cocktails at sunset. If you’re looking for the ultimate Harbour Island experience, Palmeraie is it. A dream destination that we can’t wait to return to!

The La Palmeraie Harbour Island, Modern House is exceptional! We had a 4 day trip with six couples, and the entire trip was perfect. Sarah, my booking agent, made all of our travel and transfers seamless, she was awesome! With us having never been to Harbour Island before, she had all of the logistics from landing in Eleuthera, to the water ferry, to the dock, then to the house well planned, and took the worry out of it all. Her communication was great, as was the local staff that came from the house to meet us. Once at the house, the view, the amenities, the rooms, the location, and the staff couldn't have been better! All of the staff there are wonderful people, and take care of anything you could think to ask. If you are planning to go to Harbour Island, do yourself a favor, and book this home!

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Paradise! Our experience at the Modern House at Harbour Island was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the open, airy design and breathtaking ocean views. Every space in the house feels bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The cleanliness was impeccable—everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The private beach access made each day feel like a dream, with soft pink sand and crystal-clear water just steps away. When we weren’t on the beach, we spent hours enjoying the pool, which was surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Our booking agents from La Palmeraie, Sarah and Karine, were outstanding, walking us through our planning, pre-arrival and on island activities. Their recommendations led us to a great chef (Chef Beric Roberts) and perfect restaurants for our time in Briland! Our local host, Antwone, was attentive and kind and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. This property is the definition of island luxury. If you’re looking for a peaceful, elegant escape with world-class service and views you’ll never forget, the Modern House on Harbour Island is unbeatable. 🌴✨

Our family stayed at the Modern House in June 2025 and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. I have posted a review on TripAdvisor regarding our stay. While we were on vacation we had most of our meals prepared for us by Chef Beric and team.......and all the meals were stellar!! We are a family of 18 (my wife and I, 6 kids and spouses plus grandkids) that is really into food. Chef Beric, Anastasia and Ronny were able to impress us with each and every meal they prepared. Not only was the taste and preparation excellent, the team was great to interact with. We've been on major family vacations before, but Chef Beric and team made this one very special. Thanks!!
