This 2,200 square-foot home offers three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an outdoor deck that leads down to the beach. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a tropical paradise. Two of the bedrooms offer King-size beds, while the third room has two Twin-size beds. The Master bedroom is located on the second floor with an en-suite bath and a sliding door leading to a balcony with stunning views of the beach and turquoise waters. Upstairs is a second Master bedroom, which features an ensuite bath and private balcony with the same stunning view. The additional bedroom is on the main floor with French-style doors that opens out onto the deck and straight to the beach. It has two twin beds an ensuite full bath. Prepare a delicious meal in the bright, well-equipped open kitchen, which features modern appliances, including a dishwasher. Gather in the living room with its ample comfortable seating and a nearby half-bathroom. There is a spacious deck that leads out to the beach. On the deck you will find lounge seating and outdoor dining, an outdoor gas grill for cooking in the fresh sea air while enjoying an amazing view. The house further offers a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and provisions (including spices and condiments), a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Blue Marlin House is located on conveniently between George Town and the airport, nicely landscaped and directly on the sparking, turquoise waters lapping the shoreline of Tar Bay Beach. Enjoy the three-mile stretch of beach for sunbathing, snorkeling, and long, lazy walks. Kayaks and other floating toys are available at the house for guests to enjoy.
Exuma International Airport is just several minutes from Blue Marlin House, and George Town is only 10 minutes by car, making it easy to discover local shopping and dining. There’s lots to do on the beautiful island of Great Exuma, including fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, visiting the famous swimming pigs, and touring the Exuma Cays. As the island is only 37 miles long, you can explore by car all day at your leisure and be back in time for dinner. Take a water taxi across Elizabeth Harbor over to Stocking Island for lunch or drinks at the lively Chat ‘N’ Chill beach bar, or rent a boat from Minns Water Sports and go do some exploring on your own.
